Comments in BB code

I'm probably the only one who would benefit from this, but it would be SUPER helpful to have a way to put a comment or section in BBcode that wouldn't show up in the final description, specifically for when wanting to update resources using the API.

Something like:

[SECTION="section name"][/SECTION]

or

[COMMENT="comment here"][/COMMENT]
