As the title suggests, you will get a cut based on performing results. I am looking for someone who can bring in "leads" or players on my server while I am manage and run the day-to-day operations and maintain the server. How players on the server buy their rank is firstly FREE. You get a free 30-day server access pass. Once those 30 days are up they need to subscribe in order to continue playing. This is the "rank" which the server will offer players. Where you come in is for every player you invite AND they play for 30-days (which also shows they are committed to the community) then subscribe, you will get a cut.
