Let's introduce ourselves

Elagon is a build-team that provides the highest quality of building, we only strive for the best quality and service. Therefore we are looking for commission managers, we prefer the following regions: NA, SA, AU

Even though we would love to have anyone on our team, we do have a few requirements.

- You must be grammatically correct/fluent in English.
- We require you to be active, in this case, that would be in your favor as well. The more commissions you bring in, the more money you make
- We require you to be professional at all times.

Payment

For every deal, you get 10% of the commission price. This means you would receive $100 out of a $1.000 commission, just by chatting with the client and bringing them in! The builders receive 85%, Sales Representative 10%, and the other 5% goes to marketing.

If the manager is receiving 10%, then the builder 85%, sales representative 10%, and the company 5% it can't be only me who notices this is more than 100%, could you clarify?

Thank you for the heads up. The Commission Manager & Sales Representative are the same role in our case. So 85% Builder, 10% Sales Representative, 5% Elagon.

I see, however surly that would't work?

If you sales representative is different to the person managing the ticket, the commission manager, who get's the 10%?

As commission manager you will also handle the requests from the clients you bring in. Our bot has an integrated system which allowed the client to tell the sales rep(commission manager) that brough him/her in to order from is. After he/she choose the sales rep the person will automaticlly added and no other sales rep can jump in to steal.

So the person who is referred as sales rep will be added to the ticket and receive the %

This system works perfectly fine.
