Staff. Guys.
The communication on MCM is horrific.
The new change of the shoutbox that makes it so you can advertise every 15 minutes. I never saw anything about it until people in the shoutbox told me and others. No official update or announcement from staff that I saw.
Now reactions were changed. What exactly happened? There is still the name of "reactions" with the green font. This one at least had a little tag on the bottom right of the tab.
I am also hearing that staff aren't really communicating well, I would think that, that would need to improve.
I suggest that the staff should improve communication with the members of MCM and within themselves.
A daily update thread of some sort? Only if there was a recent change. Something on the sidebar, so members can see it.
I just don't like the communication I've been seeing recently, and this needs to be improved.

Yeah and for those "big" or important updates they usually have a thread about it.

Yes, always for the big important changes there is a thread.
But there are many small ones that need to be said out loud for all members to see.

I think we'd also like to be included more before major decisions to MCM (or even minor ones) are made. Strawpolls or vote threads would facilitate this.

Yes, I was thinking of a thing that would be put onto the front page of MCM.
"Sponsored Suggestions"
Where there will be a short description, a link to a longer description and some comments, then a poll to see what everyone thinks.
It would get MAXIMUM coverage from the whole site, and would tell the staff what members want.

Again, some people want to know changes that happened recently right now, so a changelog like what Zap suggested would be nice on the main page of MCM.

The staff need to communicate better. The players are pretty good at complaining about updates and drama.
