I'm absolutely pissed at his actions these few days and borderline scammer deals.
I will be addressing why he should not be dealt with.
1. Trying to sell a public script
I didn't realize this until a few minutes ago. A few days ago(He still does this), he came up to me and started talking about how much he made in Bustabit. I asked him what script and he said that he got it from someone. I asked him if I could have it and he said it cost $10(Not sure about exact price). Sadly, I don't have proof as I didn;t screenshot it and it was in whispers(Which Baum told me cannot be seen by staff). Tonight, I come to find he's using the EXACT same script me and avsterbone are using but on different settings. To prove this, I have used the script on the same settings:

If you want to verify these are not faked, here are our profiles(They aren't exact as we have a different amount of bits in our account but you can compare game to games and look at the recovery methods. I also started the script on Jay's settings AFTER game 2845243):

After comparing them, you should see on wins that it cashes out at 1.33. On losses, it first tries 1.25, then 1.31, then 1.33.
Seeing that he tried to sell the script that me and the person who gave the script to avsterbone(Who shall not be named) found for FREE on HF.

Jay tries to act cool and act like he's so amazing because he uses the script that the other person and I found. He claims it as some shit and tries to sell it. He fails. He also tries to do something and wastes around 30 minutes of my time then backs out.

I asked Baum if I could make this and he said I could. This is not against the rules as it exposes him for what he truly is. If BeBosny can look at whispers, I would love to see the whispers between me and Jay to prove that he did infact try to sell me it
