Community and Staff Management

Heyo! Doc here! I am currently in the process of looking for management for my upcoming Minecraft Network: ElementalSkies.

ElementalSkies will initially feature SkyRaids (Fully custom gamemode) and SMP. We are currrently looking for a manager whom can do both our Community and Staff Management. Below is a list of what is included in these categories:

Creating/Modifying Staff Documents (Guides, Rules, etc…)
Handling Staff Applications and Interviews
Making important announcements regarding the network
Creating/Modifying Server Documents (Guides, Rules, etc….)
Creating Formats for all messages (Ex. announcement messages all in a specific format)
Managing Staff (Promotions, Demotions, Recruitment)
Handling Punishment Appeals (Bans, Mutes, Warns, etc…)

Requirements

We have the following requirements for the manager we are looking for;

• 16+ Years or Older
• 1+ Years of Management
• Portfolio with Proof
• Ability to document important information (Save applications, ban appeals, etc…)
