This is a really vague suggestion. Are you suggesting that Mick get a new Logo for MC-Market? If so, are you wanting him to buy a new one? Or are you wanting this to be a contest?

Please be more descriptive as the current suggestion is very vague.

I just want on the loading screen some community made logos.

Do you mean the actual slogans that get displayed on the CF splash screen or the MCMarket logo on there only being replaced with community ones that differ?

If we ever are going to rebrand MC-Market, unfortunately it won't be with a community competition for how to do it and I will instead be contacting a professional to design something for the site. I would like to get more community interaction over these next few months, but this isn't a great way to do it.
