Community Management // Staff Administration

General Introduction:
Hello there, I'm Flicks. I am here offering my service in Staff Management and Community Management. I find that hiring staff, setting forum posts, and managing a community as a whole is the most fun thing to do, and personally what I feel I am best at in Minecraft. I have been playing this game since 1.2.5 Alpha, and through those years Staff has been the biggest chunk of it. My passion is in Staff Administration and general Community Management.

What I am searching for from you:
Will this be a paid service? I am only looking to work with one or two servers at a minimum of 50 players, or the potential to reach that with secure advertising. For this reason, I will not be searching for pay as I find it enjoyable to do this kind of administration. If I do config work or setup websites, servers, etc then pay may be discussed. I am simply looking for a network or server that has big aspirations to get even bigger and want me to be a part of their team. If you fit the qualifications, then lets get at it!

Spoiler: Hyperbian

Playerbase: 150+
My Role: Started as a Helper, moved up to Head Administrator
The Story: I started on Hyperbian as a Helper when the server had 20 peak players. I was promoted to Moderator while still at about 150 peak players. The server was sold to GeorgeHousely and George promoted me to Head of Staff / Staff manager. This was around the 150 playerbase peak time, and I managed the staff 100% on Factions, and also helped discuss the staff on the whole network.

Spoiler: Castle Clashers

Playerbase: 250+ (The server had the capped amount of players and nearly 10 extra donators online at all times.)
My Role: Started as Helper, moved to Moderator before the server closed.
The Story: This server was MrCrainer's server that he recorded on. I was a Helper for only 2 days, and was promoted very quickly due to my activity and hard work. I was in the making for administration team, or so I was told, but the server shut down due to server revenue not keeping up with MrCrainer's videos.

These are not the only experiences I have with companies on MCM, but they are the largest and most relevant to Administration work.
