(What I am looking for.)
Hello, my name is, Tae Yung (<- with Kim). I’m looking a paid/non-paid position of server manager or community
I've worked on a multitude of servers as a Moderator. Being promoted from Helper to Moderator. The server where I've been promoted are: SkySVCraft ( Shut Down ), ViciousMC ( Reisgned ) and VRMC a server with the Player Base of 200 - 600 This server, also when I was staff, kept the place for #32 place in the best and most voted for servers until it shut down.
(About me)
My name is, Kim Tae Yung. I'm a 16-year-old, though I'm very mature for my age. I live in the state of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates and am very active on computers overall. I've been playing games and moderating on servers for a very long time. From almost the start when I got Minecraft, I started to play more and more. I then got into staffing and started doing it a lot, applying from server to server. Getting better at it, and more promotions came from that.
For games I like playing, most of the time I spend playing Minecraft, though often I switch to go to other games on Steam's platform to play games such as Counter Strike and COD.
(What I'm looking for.)
I'm looking for a spot as Manager in a server that has a player base of at least, 10+ that is striving and strong. This also includes it having a nice Donation Flow and little players leaving at a time. This also includes a nice community and a strong staff team that comes along with it. ( This doesn't include servers that are under 10 players ).
(Ability To)
- Ability to Promote & Demote staff members
- Ability to Accept & Deny staff applications
- Making front page community announcements on the forums
- Reviewing other punishments of staff members if needed
- Management of some social media of the servers platform
- Community Events control ( Drop Parties, Rank Events, Building, Staff V. Player events ect... )
- Full access to TS3 and or Discord servers
-Full access to most websites, such as Buy Craft for Donation Support, forums, and other websites if there are.
- Being able to control players
PAYMENTS
(PayPal)
If your server is above 80+ I'd like to talk about payments. This includes the player base boosting to 80 as well. If your server is under that, I may ask for a very small amount, or for that time none at all. This does include the factor that I'm in ways new to management. So payments will most likely not be asked by me.
On the other hand for this, as I'm just starting as a manager for the third time. Payment isn't needed yet. Later on if I were to get better at it, I could ask for a donation/payment at that player base.
(Former Staff Experience.)
I did not list this above, but I was a administrator on the #2 best Arcade server which is called Mineplex. I have been staff on there for 1 year and a half. I first started as a trainee made my way up to admin, but after some issues with the server. Of course here is proof.

(Me resigning/Leaving as a manager on your server.)
If I'm needed to resigned or leave on the server I'm working on, I'll give a notice and deop myself if I'm opped. I'll ask for a small or bigger donation for leaving if I've been there for 1+ month and how big the server is. This doesn't always need to happen with the server money wise. For most servers, I most likely won't ask for a leaving donation if resigned.
(TS3 & Discord)
TS3 and or Discord
Teamspeak 3 and Discord are very good, though if I were manager I'd like to make it Discord. Due to discord being a lot more reliable and easy to use overall, I'd say it'd work a lot better then Teamspeak any day. As well as the factor that Discord servers are free which TS3 servers are not.
(Punishments)
As having major former staff experience, I'm able to watch close with Hackers, Cheaters and rule breakers. As required in Mineplex, the server above. To obtain a stable place as a Moderator, you'll have to know a lot about Hacked Clients due to a Moderators+ job of mostly being just to ban them. So, having all of that said. I'm able to find hackers very well with amazing quality with that.
(What I can do.)
I'm able to do, Staffing, Management among staff, player and and on a forum. Accept, deny, and make chat platforms for staff. Small building and detailing. Able to use World edit. And some skills with some commands. This also includes partial skill to produce forums websites if needed, example of one I made here - http://mineplex.com/supporthub

I'm only taking a job on one or two servers. If employed, I'll decide on if closing the thread or not.
