How are you today recruiter? I'm here to achieve a job as a Community Manager. As you see above I have a big skill set that can be useful towards your server needs. But first, let me tell you a little about myself.
My name is Anthony and I am 15 years old. My passion is technology specifically computers. I have owned a hosting company in the past and have managed, and created many servers. My favorite game is Minecraft as you can tell and I love servers, and the business side of the game. It's funny to see how much Minecraft has grown game wise, and business wise. It's absolutely amazing. My favorite sport is baseball, and that's mainly because I play it myself. I am a straight "A" student and I won't stop being one. When I go to college I want to study Computer Science and want to get a Masters Degree.
I will provide a huge skill set as they are stated all the way above. I will provide staff, advertisements, help when you need it, a good work-ethic, a respectful and strict environment for staff and players, a staff handbook, and my very best effort to make your project/server successful to its fullest content.
SERVER MANAGEMENT »
I will manage all server files, backups, when to stop the server, start, and restart. Broadcasts on forums and server will be made upon restart, start, and stop and for any updates.
STAFF MANAGEMENT »
I will recruit all staff, and interview them to make sure they are the correct fit for the server, and make sure they do their job correctly with no exceptions. I will also handle promotions and demotions of any staff member with clarifications to make sure there is no piece of information left behind. I will also create a staff handbook for them to follow for all mutes, bans, kicks, and temp-bans. I will also create team slacks, discords, and even teamspeaks.
PLAYER MANAGEMENT »
I will make sure all players enjoy their experience at the server, and like the aspects of the server, I will take suggestions that are reasonable and implement them with permission. I will handle handle bans, temp-bans, kicks, and mutes within the staff guidelines. I will also deny and accept player appeals on the forums.
ADVERTISING »
I know where to advertise, how to advertise, and I know how to get players on. I have methods, like trailers, forum advertising, and YouTube advertisements. Most YouTubers with be gotten from ytnet.co.
PARTNER RELATIONS »
Do you have a shareholder of the server or do you want an investment? I can handle all of that. I will find suitable investors to fit your requirements. I don't want the project/server to be in bad hands.
FORUM MANAGEMENT »
I will manage forums which includes but is not limited to, installing the forums software, setting up ranks, giving out ranks, creating nodes, threads, and important announcements. I have experience with Xenforo, MyBB, Enjin, and some others that I'm not able to list off of the top of my head.
PLUGIN MANAGEMENT »
I will manage the plugins, configs, and developers to make sure your getting the quality for your buck.
HOSTING MANAGEMENT »
I will make sure you will get fast, reliable hosting so you can host your server LAG-FREE. No player like lagging around on a server, that's how players decrease, and nobody wants that.
GRAPHICS »
I have connections to multiple high-quality graphic designers such as Paradise. I do graphics myself but mine are nothing compared to theirs, I will manage your server graphics and make sure it doesn't fall into the wrong hands. I will also upload your server icon, and logo to your FTP of your server and website.
