I'm looking for a Community Manager // Creative for MineCause

What is a Co-Owner // Creative?
This is a position that helps me (Gruss) with the idea of MineCause and the concepts/missions. Please make sure you can follow all requirements before applying.

Requirements:
-FULL Knowledge of Just Cause 2 or Just Cause 3. (Meaning, you've played the game for a substantial amount of time).
-Ability to make missions (with knowledge of the storyline/missions in Just Cause).
-Ability to contribute 25 hours per week to MineCause.
-Ability to configure plugins.
-Ability to be my second set of eyes, and make a lot of management decisions.
-Ability to manage the staff team.
BONUS: Ability to build.

The thing with "unique" gamemode's is that the people that create them never research the potential market. Like Asgard, it is such a small market and difficult to work with so you need to make sure you do a good job. Specially as generally minecraft players are 12-15 year old's meaning they do not play 18+ games like Just Cause.
