Hey! My name is Lex, and I'd like to offer my services as a paid Community Manager for servers. I can work in any sort of server type, though my two most notable management positions were on factions and prison.
While I've worked for a number of smaller servers doing smaller things, the two management positions that I've held have been on Desteria (Factions) and OPBlocks (OP prison). I've also designed the current rules for MineagePvP and PrimeMC and the staff handbook for MineagePvP.

I'm able to dedicate 5+ hours to the server daily. Due to some medical issues, I'm unable to work at a "proper" job right now. I'm working MC servers in order to save up money so that my boyfriend, whom I live with, and I can move to an apartment in the fall. I'm willing to work extremely hard in order to achieve these goals that we have.
It's my job to manage the server's community when the owner(s) or other senior staff are too busy to do so themselves, or just need a helping hand. I am both an in-game and forum presence - as busy as I may get, I don't believe it to be okay for me to suddenly vanish out of the game because I can "let the other staff handle it". I have a lot of pride in managing the communities and staff teams that I have, and I feel that to properly manage them, I have to be online to learn the community and see just who I'm supposed to be managing.
Currently I answer support emails/forum tickets, designed the layout of our current forums, hire/demote/manage staff, manage chat and answer questions, handle reports/appeals, create new concepts for the server, general creative development, manage player suggestions and forward bug reports, develop useful guides for players and stuff, and more.

It's fairly easy to find proof and traces or me on desteria, though due to some problems I had with the owner upon leaving, I'm concerned about logging back onto the site still. If you have any doubt to my claim, I can easily have people vouch for me (or check my MCM profile), and a simple search of the forums will lead to threads from months ago. I did have a fallout with the owner, and there's still a lot of rumors flying around as to what really happened, so if you want to know the story of my time working there, feel free to ask if you choose to interview me. Most of my work done on Desteria was external, and Desteria is now 2 versions older than it was when I worked there, so most of my content is now gone.
OPBlocks

My profile
I'm a very dedicated manager to OPBlocks, and am always willing to take on side projects. I spend hours a day working on creative development/concepts, researching possible additions to the server, and working with my staff team. I'd never logged into OPBlocks before when I was contacted about the position, and was thrown pretty much immediately into it. Naturally, there was quite a bit of negativity regarding my arrival. After almost no time, however, people quickly adapted to me, and now attribute my management as part of the reason OPB is doing as well as it is.
Edit// Due to the owner of OPB merging with another server, my position was considered extraneous and I was removed from the team. I'll work to update the links with screenshots of what they originally directed to.
Thanks for your interest! If you wish to contact me with further questions or a potential job offer, please PM me or comment below.
