Minecraftia is now in a position to be requesting a Community Manager to join our Senior Management team.

With our Beta launch planned for the end of June, we are now needing a self-motivated and well-rounded person to manage and grow our Community!

About the role:
The role of Community Manager is an important position in Minecraftia, as our community is our goal. So therefore your actions as Community Manager will shift our performance quite significantly. Through various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) you will prove to your team that you are up to the mark and have exceptional leadership skills, and we look forward to it.

Although a Voluntary environment, it is most definitely a professional environment, with exceptional quality communication and leadership skills necessary to prevail in this role.

General Responsibilities (Senior Management):

• Ensure high quality customer service at all times throughout the staff team
  
  
• Ensure community is engaged at all times
  
  
• Manage Social Media
  
  
• Ensure community is growing
  
  
• Assist Supervisors where necessary

Additional Responsibilities:
Upon joining the team, the successful person will need to;

• Introduce themselves to the Staff team
• Read and Understand Induction Material
• Be active in supporting a growing community

About the Project:
Minecraftia is an upcoming Towny Server. The project is entirely non-profit and all profits will be donated to a charity chosen by the Players. Alongside the Server, a Mental Health Program is running which supports Users in providing a listening ear and resources in which could help them should they require the help. Minecraftia has plans to become even more advanced by the end of Summer 2021.
