Hey there, I'm looking for someone who knows exactly what their doing when it comes to the tasks below. You need to be good at making deals and we can talk more about it in DM's

Community tasks
You need to be able to create hype for the server so that the server can be launched right out of the gate with a player count.

( Difficulty: Hard but I don't believe it's actually impossible, it just might be a bit of work) --> Reviving a dead discord server and getting it active and getting members talking and inviting people to build that member count and player count.

Partner Tasks

Reaching out to discord servers and just anything while keeping it ethical and not super spammy and intrusive that gets us members and a player count by the time we launch.

This will need to benefit both the network and the people that we partner up with and this would be a long-term arrangement, what we offer is up to you, they might make a proposition to us or we might do it to them but it's up to you to accept it or not and it needs to be a fair partnership on both sides

Payment can be discussed but I don't think money should be a motivator in wanting a position

The community manager will become the community Director if he does a good job and excels in the job and community manager can be multiple people in the same position but community director is one person with a select staff/community team helping him and he would have to build it himself.

Hello There, Dear Managers, I'm here to ask you to apply for some management positions and I have kind of completely revamped this thread.

What is the network about? The network is about the players themselves by really giving them a voice in what servers get made and what features get added, The suggestions can't be crazy dumb since let's face it nobody wants that but if they are interesting and really can set us apart from other networks then it will be implemented if enough people upvote the suggestion, The players who made the server possible will obviously get credit and possibly a statue of them at spawn if they want and other stuff since I'm a very reasonable guy, I just feel like the players should really get a voice in what servers are made and everything since they are investing their time and money into the network and they sometimes figure out what a server needs and it might even be something that management hasn't even thought of yet but this is just my opinion on these things, Anyway I hope you read this post.

1st Position: Project Manager handles day-to-day operations and runs the technical side of the network and plans out entire projects and makes sure that the network is running efficiently and the builders and developers are on task and making sure deadlines are being met. They also make sure that the network isn't overspending on a budget.

2nd position: Partner Manager finds partners for the network that can help the network grow and makes sure that both parties are benefitting from each other so one party isn't taking advantage of the other. The partner manager has to make sure that the content creator that he brings onto the network produces results for the network.

3rd position: Marketing Director runs the marketing server and helps the entire marketing team create a well-detailed marketing plan that only the marketing director can execute after talking to higher-ups, Why a separate marketing server? Because it's less messy and also so we can separate the marketing team into different roles. The marketing director has to have 5+ years of marketing experience, Real life, and online experience counts

4th position: Media Manager, This person creates the media program for the network and searches for content creators that would be perfect for the media program and can really help bring in players for the network, He handles everything related to media, This includes social media and the like,

5th Position: Community Director, This position is something similar to a community manager but this will only be one person that is all about building and maintaining a community for the network by creating event teams and listening to player feedback, and inspiring network activity by involving the community in things.

I hope these positions interest you and I hope you guys apply and these aren't all the positions. These positions can be paid if the price is something I can handle while paying for server development

A portfolio is needed if you want to apply, I'm looking for people who actually want to help me create an awesome network that we can all be proud of and I know it will take a ton of work but it will definitely be worth it in the end.

Some questions for everyone.

Is this a paid position?
I want to say eventually honestly since I'm currently paying everyone who is working on the network out of my own pocket but once the network starts making a profit and gaining a player base I will start paying everyone using the network fund, but I hope we can work something out

Can I voice my opinion on the network?
Yes, You can since I value opinions on things and one person can't build a network alone so you are welcome to input your ideas and thoughts on the network and they will be valued.

What won't be changed?
The name won't be changed since I spent a long time trying to find a good name that was short and didn't take a whole essay to type since people won't play on a server that has a name that's too long.

Will the network have payouts?
No, It won't since I don't want players to play on the network for the money but because they enjoy their experience on it and want to see it grow and also because they care about it by really building a community for the network.

Will the network have giveaways?
Yes, it will since giveaways are fair for everyone and everyone likes them since who doesn't like getting free stuff?

Will the network be p2w?
No, it won't because I don't want to own a network that requires you to spend money in order to get somewhere and I feel like it's more fun for players if they can advance normally and it's also just more fun to have a non-p2w network, it will be harder to make money but I feel like it will be more worth it in the end and will make players want to stick around.
