Hello. Our team is looking to hire someone to fill our Community Manager position.
Our server is the remastered version of a SkyBlock server called SkyBounds that was online for around 4 years. We purchased the old code and assets from the previous ownership, and have been redesigning, rebalancing, and adding on to all aspects of the server to make it a much more fun and engaging experience. We’re currently in a BETA period, where we maintain around 150-300 online players on average. Right now, we’re making a lot of massive changes and preparing for a major release of a further remastered version of the old gamemode. In its prime, SkyBounds used to maintain between 2000-3000 online players at any one time, and we plan to not only get back to that point, but greatly surpass it.
Our team on our server currently includes 3 main management members, the Owner of the project, the Development Lead, and the Creative Director/Game Design Lead. Working together, we plan to make this project absolutely incredible, and the combined prior experience and professionalism of the current team is already yielding amazing results.
Not only does the server already have an incredibly dedicated playerbase, but we hope to greatly expand it and aspire to accomplish great things. Because of that, we need a great Community Manager, and that’s why we’re looking for one.
As a Community Manager for us, you’d be responsible for several tasks, mostly relating to the general management of staff and punishment related things. You’d be working actively, managing/overseeing all promotions, demotions, applications, punishments, appeals, player reports, and support tickets.
