I have Owned, Co-Owned, Invested, and worked/volunteered for many servers during my time as a MC player. I am offering my service out there to people who would like to hire me. I was a helper on Hytheria Network for a few months and during that time I interacted with the discord and server community and I grew really attached to the community. I served the community to the best of my abilities and just interacted with the community. I learned a lot from the server including a little bit of coding and setting permissions in game. It truly was an amazing experience and I enjoyed every moment of it.

I was a Helper and Moderator for a few months on this server. I was moderator when the server was in BETA and then Helper later on after about a year. I enjoyed being a staff member there and it has taught me many things like having a recording system to record evidence for a punishment. It also helped me improve my skills as a leader and a staff member. They were all very helpful and the community was fairly nice. It really was an amazing experience that helped me become who I am now. I made some amazing friends there and loved learning new things from the fellow staff members about how to be a better staff member and how to deal with large amounts of people all at once. They also helped me become more patient and that really helps when people are being uncooperative. They also taught me how to be professional while being a very chill staff member. They really were amazing in their prime time. I will never forget the skills they have helped me learn and harness.

I was a helper for a little bit on the Reeve Network. They also helped me harden my skills as a staff member and to become a better person. They had a really nice staff team that showed me some new things that I never experienced and so it really gave me a refresher for being a staff member. I got really nervous during interviews (and I still am) but they helped me kinda lessen the fear and make myself more confident in myself. They also were amazing at listening to my life issues and always giving me advice on really personal issues I had been having. Their community as well was just amazing and so supportive. Eventually I had to leave sadly due to some family emergency and other issues in my life.

I ran a few servers with the most players I had were about 16+ players daily. I really enjoyed my experience running a server and keeping everything new and fun. It really taught me on how to be a good leader and to be able to handle large amounts of responsibility. My staff team would also support me on my journeys of being an owner. I owned maybe 16 different servers (not at the same time) and I had made some really good friends with some and they really helped me take on the large amount of responsibility and to be able to do almost anything. They really supported me and told me about my mistakes and how to fix them. Really nice people are there in the world and I found a few and made them my friends. I enjoyed my experience as an Owner and it really helps with being a staff member.

I had been a staff member at Rebirth for quite a bit. They taught me how toxic a community could be and it taught me how to be calm in the situation and to keep my cool when dealing with certain types of players. They were a remake of Timelesspvp (A server which was blacklisted) and so it was pretty similar and a fairly decent server. The community there wasn’t the best but that was amazing to me because there I learned so much. I learned to be even more patient than I thought I could be. I also learned to control my anger and be as calm as possible no matter the situation. The staff were also pretty welcoming and I enjoyed my time there as a staff member.

Player count: 30+ daily
I had been only a simple helper and moderator on the server and it was a very nice little server. I knew MeloCrisp and he was the best community manager to ever exist. He taught me so much on how to really be staff as at this time I hadn’t really been staff much as I took a break from being staff. He showed me the ropes and really helped me become way better then I was before. He helped me harden my skills and make me into a more efficient staff member. I am really grateful for his help.

I have been staff on many small servers as well. I was Trial Moderator, Moderator, Head/Sr Moderator, admin and etc. I was staff on about 79 minecraft servers. I had never been staff on more then one server at a time though and I spent a lot of time into each server. Sometimes though the servers would shutdown. Sometimes I would have to leave for certain reasons. I made some good friends along the way and these servers helped me keep my skills as a staff member. I still knew what I had to do and my past experience on the different servers were helpful. I was able to meet many different types of people and how to manage them.

So I started out as almost a nobody here and then I made a name for myself there. I worked hard and worked my way up from Trial-Moderator to Admin. I resigned due to losing interest in unturned, but before I resigned they helped me deal with a decently toxic community. It helped me deal with people who are toxic and just want to turn your day into a bad day. I learned not to listen to them and to give them the proper punishment they deserved according to the punishment guide. I worked hard and slugged through the ranks fairly quickly. I had always worked hard and done everything for the communities that I worked for and this community was no different, no matter how toxic. But the real reward was not getting promoted fairly quickly, but it was the staff team itself. They were so much like family and they cared for each other like a siblings. We eventually all got to know each other fairly well and I told them about the troubles in my life and they would give me advise on them. Sometimes it would be the other way around but still it was like a family. I really did enjoy my stay there.

I was the president for a semi large service team company. The service team had been around already for a year when I took over and it was a really nice small team. They were all very diligent members all while being very professional but kind. They helped me just get some work and earn a bit of cash on the side as I also took part in the commissions. It was a very small but lovely team that really helped me learn how to lead a group of people to achieve a common goal.
-[JROTC (Junior Reserves Officers Training Corps)]-
I am currently in JROTC, as a cadet master sergeant, which is a is a federally funded program where it teaches people to be better citizens, leaders and much more. My part is the US Army and there are many other branches of this program but my school supports the army one. They do not require you to join the military afterwards. This is to teach students about being a better citizen and making them to become better leaders. It really does help more with being a good staff member because staff members have to be leaders sometimes and it helps us gain the experience and proper knowledge of how to be a leader and what a leader should be like.

I have been doing Taekwondo for 5 years. I am a first degree black belt so I help and sometimes teach classes to the lower belts. I have been a black belt for 3 years and I taught many of my students till they reached Black belt. I have watched people fail and succeed over the years. The ones that give up and walk out never get to feel the success of passing. It was really interesting to teach so many different types of people and try to help them with their issues. They also help me become a better teacher because everyone is different and so it helps me be able to deal with many different types of people all at once. Never is one student the same as the next so I know how to deal with large amounts of people and how to resolve issues with certain types of people.
