what happened in the past is the past, if you keep quoting the past nothing can be done in the future. It's not about admitting it's simple because I don't want another argument about what happened in the past. Talking about professional behaviour and being immature, starting an argument about it with me... again.

No-one is starting an argument with you, nor is anyone acting immature here. You are requesting to be hired on a server with a 100+ playerbase. Anyone and everyone who may be concerned has the right to know what happened 'in the past' and why you don't want to share yourself. This makes you seem like you have something to hide, therefore severely decreasing the chance for anyone to even consider hiring you.

I simply suggest you come clean about yourself. If you've done something your not proud of in the past resulting in a demotion, that's alright. All you need to do is show others how you've learned from that experience. None of us are perfect.
