User will not give any generalised information about the role, wants you to call him. As somebody who doesnt get into calls without knowing what they're applying for, they wasted my time.

I mean. He explains it all in the call. Maybe give some time and effort into what/who you're applying for. Seriously, how hard is it?

I'm not going to hop into a call without knowledge anything about the position. I like to lookup and get a feel for whatever it is, as I most likely don't know what it is. If people are unable to send a copied and pasted message of what their server or whatever is, they have poor management skills.

I'm going to have to agree with Fawks. Being a community manager can be many things such as; Simply Managing the Community, Complaints, Bugs.. etc. This can be interpreted as many other things. What you may think as community management maybe completely different from what other people think.

Which was all wrapped up in a call in 20 minutes. Sosa can vouch on that.
