I'm going to get right to the point.. I'm looking for a server (only one server) to be community manager on! The reason i'm doing this is because i want to help a server out and i'm skilled in the managing sector and i love doing things for the community! I can do other jobs aswell but i mainly want to be the community manager! I don't mind if the server has 0 players or 50 players.. All i want to do is make the community a better place and that's my main job. I've worked with many popular servers in the past (owning a server which had more than 100+ players on at once) and adminstrating some others (contact me for more). Anyway! Here is what community manager does :
Promotes staff
Demotes staff
Hires staff
Getting players (telling you how to gain more etc)
Doing events (setting them up etc)
Making sure the community is having fun and if they aren't, i'll tell the devs how to make it better
I'll also be doing more (if need be)
