Hello! I am Ben, otherwise known as Kenlo! I am offering my services as a community manager for MC servers, for no cost whatsoever.


Information:


Ben, 14 years of age, male.

Time zone is CST, currently living in Tennessee, United States.

Currently not with a position, hoping to help out a great community soon!


Experience:

I have been staff on a numerous amount of servers.


PrimeMC: I was a helper. Helped with mutes, minor bans, and warning people.


Tropical Network: Here, I was a Community Manager. Managed the staff team, hosted events, thought of new ideas to implement.


Prankcraft: Here, I was an administrator. Solved major bans, such as advertising, hacking, etc.


NoobCraftMC Network: Here, I was a community manager. This was my most difficult job of all. I created the rules, staff handbook, and more for this community. I also managed the staff, and I checked applications every week.


DoomedMC: Here, I was an administrator/community manager. I started off as a Helper, and then I worked my way up. I was also a developer for a short amount of time, but that wasn’t my best quality.


There were many other servers that I will not be getting into, that I was minor staff on, that is not as important.


Why should you chose me over anyone else?:

There are many pros and cons why you should chose me. Some of my pros are:​

• Very mature when needed.​
• Great sense of humour.​
• Responsible.​
• Active.​
• Doesn’t charge for position.​
• Speaks Dutch, and English, pretty fluently.​
• Manages staff and dilemmas well​

Some of my cons are:​

• Pretty young.​
• Curses, but not to people directly.​
• Semi Taciturn.​
• Strict at times.​
• When busy with IRL problems, I am inactive. Will give heads up though.​
