note before i start* if someone wanted to make this id be interested in buying it, if not im not too concerned.
now, if anyone remembers McNext they had a rating system for houses using a gui and items. i think it was based around world guard. i was thinking for making it more server friendly to make it with grief prevention. it would be a simple addon with a gui for rating houses and possibly a way to use those ratings to purchace specific thing (effects or other build assisting things) if anyone wanted to create this id be interested in buying it, selling it on spigot or here, not worried. it was mearly a thought.
