Brawl Games; Senior Moderator (2014-2016):

- Organized community events
- Gathered community opinions
- Announced updates and/or rule changes
- Handled appeals and reports via a custom website design
- Hosted interviews
- Hosted staff meetings
- Created monthly staff exams
- Assisted with demotions / promotions
Loot was much smaller than Brawl, with a player base of 200. Was their staff manager, my responsibilities were:
- Accept / deny applications
- Host interviews
- Host staff meetings
- Created staff exams
- Manage any sub-teams
I'm experienced with all Microsoft applications, Enjin and Xenforo platforms, Slack, TeamSpeak, Discord and ticket systems. English is my primary language, however, I'm also conversational in Spanish. I'm fully capable of working independently or in teams.
