Introduction Salutations! I'm Scharf, and I'm sixteen years old. Many of you probably don't know me on here (MC-Market), as I've always had an account, but never posted. I'm currently seeking a paid administrative/managerial role on a larger network. Before getting into the more serious stuff, here's some information about me.
I currently live on the east coast of the United States (EST), and I attend high school. I'm super involved with my studies outside of Minecraft, however I do dedicate time to being online and managing Minecraft networks. I have a great work ethic, can handle stressful situations well, and have excellent communication skills which are key when it comes to managing a community and staff team. I'm professional, but am always up for a good laugh and to have fun.
I currently help manage a server called PotterworldMC (200-300 players online), which is a Harry Potter-themed server that has classes (in live time), magic, 3D models...all of that cool stuff! I'm looking for a side role to keep myself busy, preferably a paid role. I'm also a former Mineplex staff recruiter, being a staff member for two years. I was awarded staff of the month at the end of 2016.

Mineplex » I was a staff member on Mineplex for a total of two years (at the time in which it had 30k-40k players), resigning in February due to a lack of interest and motivation. In July of 2015, I was promoted to Staff Recruiter, where I continued my work as a manager till my resignation in February of 2017. I've processed over 13k applications on Mineplex, along with doing 200+ interviews. I was awarded staff of the month, and I also participated in several teams such as reports patrol, TMA (trainee mentoring assistance), karaoke host, etc.
PotterworldMC » I am currently a Head Staff member on PotterworldMC, being a staff member for over a year and a half now. I managed a group of over twenty staff members, along with interacting with players on the forums (20k+ users), along with Discord (2k+ users). We revamped our staff team, with me currently leading the build/architect team.
General » I'm extremely familiar with Enjin websites, Trello, TeamSpeak servers, Discord servers...you name it. I used to do XenForo websites, but that was a long time ago. I'm probably a little rusty. I like to get involved with development as well; I'm super familiar with GitLab and configuration (basics). I'm great with handling Buycraft issues, along with managing social media! I currently manage the @PotterworldMC Twitter account.
Availability
Availability » At the moment, I'm available every day of the week, and of course, being most available on the weekends. During school days, I'm available after 4 PM EST.
