Experience

I was staff on MagicMC for three months, and helped out with moderating the server and keeping it clean. However, this server never got of to a good start, and never really got any players.

I'm Moderator here to the present day, and have been staff for about three months working my way up from Helper to Moderator, and hopefully gaining a higher rank soon.

I was helper on Prime for six months, and although I first learnt how to be a staff member here, this was the best six months of my life. This was where I learnt the fundamentals of staffing, as well as meeting a whole branch of new faces, who I'm still friends with today.

In mid 2016, I ran my own server that got off to a great start. It grew constantly for 2-3 months, but sadly I couldn't sustain the cost of the server so I sadly had to disband the team on this occasion.
Information
Hello, I'm Max. I've been playing minecraft since 2012, and have come to grips with the game. That being said, I'm here today offering a community management service to small and large servers, at no cost. As of right now, I'm based in England, United Kingdom.
Inside Minecraft, I love gamemodes such as Factions and Prison. I also like gamemodes such as Skywars and other PvP games. I especially love Skyblock, as I know the plugin ASkyblock and uSkyblock inside out, but I'd happily adapt to other core plugins.
I'm a very confident person, who doesn't like to hold back with his creativity! I love creating things, and all things involving a finished product at the end. This can be seen in my Youtube channel, which I put a lot of effort into. Besides this, I never give up. Even through hard times I battle on. This is represented in my ability to play Rugby, as I've been playing since the age of 4, and haven't given up. I also hate disappointing people. If someone gives me a task, I'd never leave it half-hearted or not put in my best efforts.
My ability as a Staff member
- I know how to ban, mute and kick accordingly.
- I know how to deal with all situations, even if there is a lot of pressure on me.
My ability as a Community Manager
- I can control a team efficiently.
- I can create informative documents, such as staff handbooks and announcement threads.
Community Support
As manager, I'd review bug reports and suggestions on a regular basis, to ensure the server is getting as much community input as staff input.
Applications | Staff Promotions/Demotions
I prefer accepting applications all at once on a specific set day every week, to bring some excitement to the community and ensure I've got enough set time on the day to do them all at once. Regarding promotions and demotions, I keep a close eye on my team in hand all the time and make sure no one is slacking. If a staff member seems to be slacking, they'll get warned once and then demoted after if the problem continues for minor problems. For major problems, a bigger punishment would be in hand.
Staff interaction
One fault with most managers is their interaction with the community. I prefer to work differently. I love talking to my fellow team, since without them the server wouldn't be running as smoothly. I'd give full commitment to them and give them attention when needed.
Community interaction
Players often ask an administrative team questions, but the answer is normally 'Sorry I'm busy'. I'm not like that. I love to get the community's input and answer their questions about the server, as they're the reason we're all putting effort into the server.
Pay
As of right now, I'm not asking for any payment for my work. This is because I'm trying to get some experience under my belt, try move me forward in this community.
Conclusion
I've never been community manager before, so why should you have faith in me to be yours? Well, we all have to start somewhere. However, having worked around many managers in my time across multiple servers, I've grasped an idea of how to do the job properly and appropriately.
