this guy has admitted to scamming and scammed one of my biggest setups ($50+) he said he has scammed 5 other guys (and more) but only 5 reports on him currently and still hasnt got banned , and that shows how slow this site is developing and listening..

Looking at the discord messages, I don't really see how that's "admitting" - the user is just saying how they assume they'll be banned due to the amount of reports against them. Also, I don't see any proof of that discord account being his in any way, which would probably help.
