Company name, Phaze or Phase

Does it look bad to have it as Phaze and spelled incorrectly? I know companies change their names to have mispelling, but I am not sure if it is better than Phase or not.

Also, would Phaze Development or Phaze Studios look better / Phase Development or Phase Studios

Phase is better in my opinion makes it look more professional
