So I have this company, or business or meme, whatever you wanna call it.
But you see, theres a problem with my company. I have the fanbase (Viewers, visitors, ect), I have the website, I have the graphics, social media, basically all that.
I recently got promoted at my job, and I'm spending about 80 hours a week working, now if you didn't know, that's a lot of hours.
I've built my company up over the past two years, and I don't exactly want to sell it, give it away, ect.

So I'm looking for somebody, can that somebody be you?
I fully own my company, and I have full rights over it. Over the past two years I've had stuff come and go, however recruiting is not my strong point.
I am looking for somebody who will basically run and manage my company, now I know you're thinking "You want me to run AND manage your company while you rake in the profit and take all the credit? Go screw yourself!" nononono, that's not the thing at all. While you're running it and managing it, you will basically get all the profit, since you're basically doing all the work. You will get all the credit, since again you're doing all the work. Now since we got that out of the way, I'll get down to the deal.
You will of course be in charge in the direction of the company, you will fully run it, you will manage, and recruit the staff, and basically run it as your own. I will still manage the hosting and the nitty gritty backend things, and if you'd like to upgrade or something of the sorts, the money for that will come from me. You'll get full profits and we will have a 49%/51% contol deal, ect. I'm 100% open to suggestions and your own deal, if you have the ideas.
Now, what I'm looking for in a person
I don't care about your age quite honestly, I've met 14 year olds that are mature as 30 year olds, and I've met 30 year olds that are mature as a 14 year old. I don't ask that you're a certain age, but I do ask that you're mature and know what you're doing.
Please have past experience with running a community and staff (Yes, running a server does count)
If you're going to only be interested for a week, then just leave, don't even bother contacting me, I want somebody whos in it for the long run.
The last point I'd like to make is that, this is not a server, this has nothing to do with minecraft, this is in the csgo/gaming community, and no this is not a gambling site, or anything like that. Also, I personally have deals with a number of companies that assist my company with transporting our staff to csgo related gaming events, so thats a plus.
Now onto some FAQ's
You didn't mention the name of the company or provide links, why?
This is a serious thread to recruit somebody to manage the company, not an advertising ploy or anything like that. I do not want unwanted attention towards my website, upon contacting me, you will get everything you need to know.
How will profits be split?
You will get 100%. You are managing the company 100%, so you will get 100% of the profits.
How will the control be split?
49/51, or similar.
Is this a minecraft server, or does this company have anything to do with minecraft?
Nope, and Nope.
You mentioned csgo, is this a gambling site, or something similar?
Nope! Not at all.
What will I have to mainly do?
Well since you'd be running it, it would be up to you, and once/if you hire/recruit staff, it will pretty much self run itself.
Are you interested in a merge?
Unless you already run a company related to CSGO, I have to decline.
