I don't have one setup. I generally have just been winging it. As for web design and non-minecraft work I tend to keep them separated from my Minecraft work.

I did work for ConstantPVP and others. One of my accomplishments on another being that I made a plugin that was capable of adding a layer of snow and freezing water, and vice versa, of an entire world without dropping the TPS.

Yes I do backend. Assuming you are talking web. I'm decent in PHP.

Indian based Indians working for Indians yes. Exploitive American companies in India, not so much. Is this really such a revelation for some?

It's not just that country, they just tend to be the ones you will encounter the most. They have a HUGE programming work force and some really damn decent firms. The conversion rate gives them a wicked advantage with a nice payoff. I do the same thing with markets that work in BPD. It's just lovely. I don't blame them as I do the same thing too, I just try to stay out of their markets.
