Competitive Faction players out there: what makes up a good/fun factions server?

Hello. Judging by the title, you probably know what this thread is about.
I am releasing an upcoming competitive factions server on the 29th (Saturday).
I was wondering to all faction players:
What makes up a good factions server? Such as features, players, etc.
I am nervous that factions will think the server is shit if I am missing an essential feature.
