Competitive Factions Setup

Hello.
I am looking for a competitive factions setup. More information about the required features will be given to those that I feel could take this commission. Due to me not wanting my server to flop, I will need you to have at least one known factions server in your portfolio.

This would need to include: full plugin config, build setups (they will be provided) and buycraft setup. Support (for changes etc) would also be needed for 2 weeks minimum.

Budget: $125.
