Competitive Skyblock Manager

Hey, I am the owner of a competitive skyblock network who have already had a few maps. We are looking to prepare for the next map and have decided to expand our team and put more work into growing and improving our server and it's experience for the players.

Requirements:
- Able to speak in voice chat
- Help provide support for players during a map
- Have experience in management
- Be able to work in a team with other senior staff and managers
- Knowledge of advertising management
- A slight background of development / configuration side of things
- A creative thinker
- Know the skyblock gamemode
- Be able to manage staff and operate regular management duties
- Run community events

This position is paid. We will discuss amounts.
