Ello,
Looking to get the following PNG (https://cdn.discordlabs.org/logo.png) animated into a bubbles based gif. I've already got the bubbles gif made a while ago, but I don't have the source files, the background color is too dark & I would like a transparent version. I've got a background hex in mind, specifically #2E2E36.

To recap, I've got a standard png I need to be animated w/bubbles coming out and a moving wave. I would like the source, a transparent version, and a version with the background hex of #2E2E36.
