Complete server setup needed.

This is going to be a bit long winded because I don't really know what I'm doing and want to make sure I'm very clear about what I need.

I bought a Minecraft server host through TigerNode that I haven't touched yet.
So far I've bought:

I would like a server set up so that the first time you join the server you are put in the hub. From the hub the 4 portals would lead to either a survival world using the pirate spawn, kitpvp spawn using the Ancient build, a mobarena using the nuclear map, or the skyblock spawn.

The 4 port hub would be protected with pvp disabled and mob spawns off.

In the survival world I want the spawn area protected with mob spawns off but the rest of the world unprotected with pvp disabled and mobs enabled. I would like to use seed "-940041908687425" and it already spawns you on a small island so changing to the pirate island should be more simple.


I'm in a bit over my head here and that's why I'm here looking to hire someone to do it. It's just going to be a small server for personal friends.
