In the event you would like to buy all their skypes, I will sell them for a discounted price of $35

PURCHASE

Step 1: Choose which youtubers you would like to order from the identification list
Step 2: Send James 1 a Direct message stating which youtubers you would like to order
Step 3: If you have any questions feel free to ask them
Step 4: Send payment to the paypal address provided
Step 5: Receive the youtuber(s) skype

TERMS AND CONDTIONS
1. You may not give the skype names out to anyone without written consent from me ThePro
2. In the event the youtuber decides not to add your skype you willbe entitled to a full refund provided that you show proof.
3. Once you make the payment to the email provided, you will be given a link to their youtube channel, and skype
4. You may pay F&F or Goods or Services (but you must cover the paypal fee to ensure I receive the full amount)

I'm not too sure. I know a lot of them are usually looking for clients, and this would defiantly increase their income provided that I make any sales.[DOUBLEPOST=1466739487][/DOUBLEPOST]

Wouldn't the Youtubers instantly block you if they suspected it was someone trying to spam, etc?

I guess that depends on the person, but most would probably hear you out first.

Yes, once you have chosen the select youtuber, and the money has gone through you will be given their channel link, and skype.

Alright, I have a few issues with this service.

One, if you're selling people's contact it should be done via their consent. You should alert these people before potentially invading their privacy.

Two, the prices listed are way too high. In all honesty, this is what I would pay for the actual video to be up rather than what I would pay for the contact.

Third, this could be considered disallowed as you do not actually own these Skypes.

5.5 Do not sell or offer to sell anything you do not have the right to sell. This includes, but is not limited to, items and products that you do not own.

Fourth, despite me not liking this service, you should work on your TOS.

For one, not offering a refund if the YouTuber decides to ignore you is completely unfair. You could simply make up a fake Skype, not respond and then claim it is in fact the real person.

For seconds, not providing the YouTube channel links just goes to show easy it would be find their contact. You don't want people finding the contact on their own therefore you make money.

And last but not least, you don't allow the sharing of their skype. That's completely unfair as it is a Skype contact and if he feels the need to share it with his friend to help him out then he should be able to.

I'm going to tag a friendly moderator, thebaum64 and he can be the judge on wether this is an allowed service or not.

He does not have personal context with them, thus he found their skypes online and they are public, which makes it not an invasion of privacy. It also makes it so they may or may not accept, which if that is the case, they do not need to talk to you. Honestly I find nothing wrong with this, I have even done in the past with people with 100k-2.5m subs, I found their contacts publicly and anyone could find them if they look really hard.
