So to make this short players could use /shop without any permission the host im currently with updated there pterodactyl as soon as I put in greatkits plugin the servers went down for maintenance just as i put the new plugin in (without doing any config etc) after they updated there systems it came back online BUT now players dont have access to /shop i tried adding - shopguiplus.shops.* perm to them but still doing work i was talking to a guy about it he described it was a "a random permission change" but didnt find a answer
