(Completed) Discord sticky command

Hello,

I'm looking for someone who knows how to make a sticky command in discord.js v13 with MongoDB (mongoose) I don't need a discord bot I just need the commands, I'm willing to pay 15-20$ just for the commands.
I want 3 commands:

• sticky - sticky a message by id or defined
  
• unsticky - deletes the sticky message
  
• liststickies - list of channels where stickies are in

After a specified number of messages are sent in the specific channel, the sticky will get reposted and the previous one deleted.
