Alright, seems like I have a trend of people not reading/following what this thread says. I am looking for someone with these features to help me manage a large server I am creating:

- 18+ (this is strict, stop trying to get in if you are younger)
- Trustworthy (have at least 5-10 reputation, 0 negative preferable)
- Well-connected (need to have contact with YouTubers)
- Mature (this is self-explanatory)

For those who are under 18, there are 3 simple reasons I am not hiring you:

1. If you are under 18, you are considered a minor. This means that due to your age, you can either decide to honor a contract or not simply because you are underage. Being 18 and above, you're more responsible for what you do and have to honor such contracts.

2. Most of the time, and this is my opinion, people that are 18+ have more common sense and a sense of urgency. Not saying that anyone less than that age isn't responsible but they are more likely to get work done and understand the importance of work.

3. This position will be classed as what is called a full-time job. I am not looking for high-school students that are just trying to make a quick dollar, this is a business, not a playpen. The pay will be much higher than a full-time job, so I need to ensure I am paying the right person for the right job.

He/She Declined because I was telling the person about a person who want a partnership. However he thought the person was lazy making me do it therefore, he declined. However, there was a reason etc.

Your choice if you want a partnership with this person. I found the person (slash) very rude but, good luck finding someone.

I also found this user to be quite rude.

At under 18, you can have a parent sign for you.
You hadn’t added an age requirement when I contacted you. I understand you declined me for a valid reason, I just found you rude. I’ve been declined for investments many times, none were real rude aside from you.

NOTE: I am not buying, selling, investing or partnering with other servers, if you read the thread I am CREATING a server.

Here's the deal, I have money, I am looking to create the best server physically possible, I need someone with all of the ideas that could make this possible, I have a lot of ideas but obviously I would need someone more up to date in this community (I left in 2015). A few characteristics I am looking for:

- 18+, I keep getting children that just want money. Stop it.
- Well connected (in terms of contact with high-end build/development teams)
- Up to date (knows about the now, follows trends)
- Mature (self-explanatory)
- Trustworthy (decent reputation on this forum)
- Well-liked within the community (self-explanatory)
- Speaks English (preferably native-speaking for communications sake)

Krythax I am creating it because I once had a passion many moon cycles ago and though the server may not even exceed (though putting a lot of money), it will still be refreshing seeing where I came from 2010 to now. It is called the effect of nostalgia, and fun. Not everything is about making money.
