Completed Minecraft Themed Website

So, a while back I owned my own server, and I created a website for it, unfortunately, the server didn't actually succeed as much as I envisioned it would have, so, I had a fully functioning aesthetically pleasing website sitting on my desktop for the past 5 months and I figured I may as well sell it and offer some development for the next few weeks for whoever purchases the websites. Below is a list of information regarding post and pre-purchase.

Before Purchase please understand:

There could potentially be some bugs with the website, although very unlikely, please be aware this could be the case. (I have done hours of bug-testing and haven't found any more but in the event there is, I want you to be weary of such a thing.)
The purchase will be non-refundable.
Any extra work done to the site by me (new features, addons, changes etc) will come at an additional cost at a price per hour.

After Purchase:

You will receive all website files, this includes: (HTML Code, CSS Code, Javascript, PhP files and so on)
You will not be able to refund your purchase.
You will not be able to re-sell the website without my permission.
If you wish for me to add xenforo or any forum site, it would require an additional 20$ setup fee, if you request an entirely custom forums site, built from scratch you're better off adding me on skype.

Now, you may have read that and thought, "Why don't you allow me to purchase the website, then immediately resell it for my own gain?" because this website means a lot to me, I want it to live on and I want it to have a 'home'. I don't want it to be passed around the community like a slut around the football team. I want the site to remain in the hands of someone who will take care of it. And also, because I created it of course. If you, by any means decide to sell the website afterwards, any bugs or issues or features you want added will not be completed and I will not help you any further.

(Disclaimer: I don't actually have a live-domain running with the website added onto it, so I will provide screenshots and features of what the website looks like and runs)

Home Page:
In this screenshot you may see the main logo actually disappears and glitches out but this is simply an issue with my computer and once placed onto a live domain website will work as expected. (the logo will fade out and when scrolled back to the top will fade back in). Behind the logo, there is also an additional feature which allows a looped video to play while someone is viewing the website (server trailer, cinematic shots, you name it)

Navigation Bar Working:
