[COMPLETED] Semi simple NodeJS Discord Bot

I am requesting a custom NodeJS Discord bot that can do a few tasks:

These include:

Custom prefix (changeable in config)
Banning and Kicking members with a kick or ban command
Reaction Roles for messages using message ID's
Ability for admins and up to run
<prefix>say <message>
Ex. ;say test
And have the bot say what is asked of it to say while deleting the command
Reports system where users can run a report <mention> or username command
and have the reports get sent to a specified channel
a suggestion command
eg. ;suggest <suggestion> and have the suggestion go to a specified channel.
Custom welcome and leave messages on join and leave.
The ability to have multiple rotating status messages for the bot
Eg. Playing Minecraft, etc.
