Why you want to become a server partner: I am good when it comes to servers, and I am knowledgeable. I have alot of time on my hands, so nothing should be a problem for me. I also want to be commited, and I want to help new servers that need it.

Past experience: I've owned a couple of successful networks, and have staffed on fairly large server(s) before. I have experience with plugins, player-management, and advertising. I am interested in managing a server because i love to help, I have owned a few small servers before and have around 4-5 years of experience in minecraft. I know a lot of what i need to be doing whilst managing a server. I want to become a server partner because i reached that time were i'm looking for new things to do on minecraft other than YouTube and pvp. I would love the experience also.
Some things about yourself:
I'm from Northern Ireland (UK), But i do play on American times. I'm taking courses in java coding, So far i understand the language well enough to create a basic plugin. I'm extremely active and happy to help with whatever you need whenever. I'm very trustworthy and dedicated.

I do not really mind, If its around 10-25% I would be happy, Its really your decision to make. I mainly want to do this for the experience.

Why you want to become a server partner: Winter is coming about and I have come across a large amount of free time due to soccer having ended. I am extremely experienced with server management and development and I think you and I would be a good fit!
Some things about yourself: I am 16 years old, student athlete participating in lacrosse, and soccer as well as being an avid drummer. I currently live in New York in EST and spend my summers traveling all over the world.
Percentage of monthly donations desired: Does not matter at all I would accept anything from 15% to 25% or whatever you feel is right.
Past experience: I have run and managed countless servers over my years of playing Minecraft. I have worked alongside many popular streamers and Youtubers as I managed and developed their servers for them. Many of my servers were huge hits among the players and I am looking to repeat myself and have some more success. I can elaborate on my past server experiences with names and proof if necessary.
