Has the server been Released? Yes. I shut it down. I still have the server files and proof of ownership.

Custom plugins and builds or edited? There are no custom plugins/builds, but I edited current plugins that already exist to make it unique. I am also willing to help you with anything if you are willing to purchase.

Additional Information: The warp pvp, warp shop, spawn, faction plugins and perms, ranks, and buycraft have already been setup. I could also get you my domain, SquashPvp.Com.

Hey I am the guy that sold the OP Factions server that you wanted to buy... The guy didn't follow through with the payment and stole my files... He wasn't that intelligent and still had me as owner so I removed his files and such... I have proof of this if you don't believe me I have proof. I can talk to you on skype later and will reduce the price for you just because of this.
