Basically I am looking for a Spawn that includes the following features..

So, I don't exactly know how big I want the spawn... But I need it to be a decent size to fit the essential needs.

The design im looking for is to encourage pvp right outside of spawn so no Exits East, North,South,West... etc.

I am looking for a 1 way exit that goes straight into a pvp type envirment with builds aren't it maybe a decent sized koth and some fun places for PvP.. I feel its unique but not so much KitPvP based. I can show you some examples on skype if you feel free to take this build into consideration.

Budget: Can be decided.
