Do I have to be able to build as good as that or just have to be decent?

You have to be a good Builder. Good Building skills are required. In the Application form, you have to sent pictures of your builds. After We have seen your application We will check your previous Builds and based on that we will tell you if you are appected or not. If you are, we want to arrange a meeting Via TeamSpeak to talk through some things.
