The amount of time of which your server has been online does not give enough of a sample to say you have an average of x playerbase. I've seen servers upon launch skyrocket to 30-40 players, only to die down to an average of 5 a few days later. Furthermore, $35 over 2 days isn't enough to warrant $100 BIN IMO, again, due to the very limited amount of time of which the server has been online, it isn't as stable as many others would be.
If you'd like to sell it and get something like $100 for it, I would leave it a bit longer and it if it has potential, it will grow, whereas, if it doesn't, it will die (it's how these things work, not saying the server is bad or anything).
From the looks of your plugins, this isn't anything special and I can't imagine many people taking the short-cut of spending more and buying this rather than doing it themselves and getting higher quality for their money.
Furthermore, I only see this as you trying to cash-out while you can. The server has only been up for 2 days and already you're trying to shift it for more than you paid in development. Looks like you're trying some sort of "get rich quick" scheme and IMO, that isn't what people want on here. I could be wrong for some but I believe I speak for the majority of those knowing server value and have been on these forums for a decent amount of time.
