its just in the config.yml. the knockback is calculated like this Min + (Math.random() * (Max - Min)); or you could watch this;

RandomKB is a great plugin, however you could also buy a cheap Spigot Fork with custom and configurable knockback.
Just try it for a while till you find the best settings for your server!

The only issue from experience with a custom spigot is that is removes support for combo with most mainstream practice plugins
