welcome message,
can send announcements,
play music in channels 24/7
get roles from chatting
reactable roles if possible
You must be able to host it.
My discord is Schubes#4681, dm me there for exact details but pretty decent budget for this.
Also need someone to setup a discord, decently complex so if you're interested in doing both of these will pay well.
