Introduction
Hello! My name is Extensy, you can call me Ex. I'm the owner of Nexure Development, a team that's been in operation for just over a year now. You can find some information about my team here: Nexure.
That said, we're looking to expand far beyond MCM and forums in general, looking to create a professional, streamlined, easy-to-use website to assist in client seeking. I've constructed a rough list of features below. I'm looking for quote right now - All quotes will be taken into consideration, but take into account that we're no amateurs. We will most likely have questions for you that you may not be used to being asked; complex backend development questions, for example. If you're comfortable with all of that, please feel free to quote me. My contact information will be listed below:
Features List
Clean, User-Friendly UI
That's all for the features! If you're interested, have questions, or have a quote ready, feel free to contact me on Discord at Extensy#4042. My ID is 300073318168526848. Please make sure you're speaking to the right person.

Features List
Clean, User-Friendly UI
- Details our 'Mission Statement'
- Client Testimonials & A 'Past Projects' Section
- A basic pitch to our clients, really.
- Details Developer's names, location (Rough, such as: Italy), experience level, any major accomplishments (development related), and timezones.
- As a note, I'd like a specialized minimalistic feature that lists out what time it is for each developer under their name.
- Clients can see all of their tickets (Both open & closed) but only comment in open ones.
- Developers can see all of their tickets (Both open & closed) but only comment in open ones.
- Admins can see all tickets regardless of their status and comment in all of them.
- Tickets must integrate with Discord. If a ticket is made in Discord, it should be translated to the website. Any message sent through the ticket channel on the site must be translated to the right Discord channel (NEEDS A BOT).
- Progression meter in tickets (0% to 100%), updated by Devs and visible to all.
- Segregated Dev & Client Chats. Client chat has everyone, while Dev Chat is visible to Devs & Admins only. Dev Chat must be individual for each ticket.
- Payment command can be run by Devs or Admins. Must accurately auto-calculate PayPal fees.
- Payments go to a single PayPal. Hard-coded, preferably, to avoid mistakes.
- Auto-detect when payments have arrived in said PayPal.
- Must have a verification panel for the payment command to be ran. This is to avoid someone mistyping /pay 190 as, for example, /pay 1900
- Payments automatically sent out to appropriate developers when tickets are closed.
- Panels for Clients, Devs, and Admins
- Client panel shows basic things. Tickets, status of each ticket, etc...
- Dev panel shows total gross income from all tickets (past + present). Needs ability to add payments that weren't calculated in tickets (Primarily ones from before site creation)
- Dev panel has Trello-like board. Create, assign, check off, and comment on specific tasks. Creator of the board automatically has seniority (Below Admins). Admins can see all of these boards.
- Dev panel has GitHub integration. Auto-build plugins based off of respective repo (Repos will be linked to tickets). Clients should be able to purchase 'early access' to download these auto-built versions. Only available if the repo pushed to corresponds to the ticket. (Most likely must be tied to one another by Devs)
- Admin panel to give each Dev credentials (email + password to log in to site). Also must have the ability to easily add new developers (Insert email, sends email with temp. credentials)
- Based off of what I said earlier with tickets. As a note, tickets made on the website should not be translated to the Discord. It only works one way.
- An additional permission to Developers. Gives them seniority over normal Devs. Has the ability to see all tickets (open & closed), but not an Admin.
- Page where clients can purchase already-made plugins. Should have a preview and title on each plugin. Needs to expand to several pages if the volume is there.
- Clicking on the preview should bring up a new page with details including price, description, and pictures / videos.
- Admins can edit and delete all pre-made plugins.
- Developers may only edit their own.
