Hello McM!

What's your Computer build (what parts are in your computer) ? What is its strength and weaknesses. What do you do on it?

I'm looking for a build capable of anything really. I'm curious to see what others have done.

I could not seem to find a thread like this on here.
~price please

My current build is not so great: I have not used my computer in months. All I remember is that it has a gt270.

What I plan to get:
Motherboard (to be determined) capable of Sli or crossfire
Gpu: rtx2060 x2
500gb ssd for boot and main applications. 1tb ssd for storage.
Ram 2x16 or 4x16
CPU Intel i9 9900

Just get a 2080ti, 2x 16gb ram at 3200, and a NvME drive 1TB, and a 1TB ssd

Intresting. Depends. What I may end up doing is taking the 2 rtx 2060vand making em 2080's. Ram. I multi-task. I'm always running quite a few ram intensive things at once. Space is not much of an issue. I use the 1tbssd for storage for the small plugins and suck I make. I have a 120tb server that I can just upload to.

Cooler Master Hyper TX3

Motherboard
Asus M4A77TD

RAM
Crucial 2GB (2 x 1G DDR3-1333 (PC3 10600) Model CTKIT12864BA1339

PowerColor AX5770 1GBD5-H Radeon HD 5770 1GB

Piece of garbage, but I recently got BeerSpigot for it. So the TPS has improved almost by 150%!
And I thought my X4 B95 and GTX 750 ti was bad

Currently sporting a 3700x on a crosshair vii hero cooled by 2 360 rads using corsair's parts with non rebranded bitspower fittings in a lian li 011 dynamic case. The gtx 1080 strix I own isn't water cooled as the gpu doesn't pass 70C on a heavy overclock (it's got bottom in take fans blowing at it). Probably going to upgrade to Nvidia's 7nm gpu if they can produce something faster than 1080ti performance as the current jump isn't worth $200. Even then, a 1080 is enough for my needs for every game so far. For a monitor, I have a 1440p 144hz IPS panel from Acer. Ram is just 2x8GB 3000mhz cl 15 as I can't justify dropping $120 on b-die for an extra 5 fps.

already bought the cpu and the ram, now just saving up for a new case and a motherboard and then ill complete my build.

Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: GTX 1050 Ti
Ram: x1 8gb Ballistix 3200mhz
Motherboard: probs the gigabyte B450m DS3H
Case: I have no idea yet xd, it will be micro atx tho (motherboard = micro atx), dont need much more than that tbh
x1 500gb HDD
x1 500gb SSD (some samsung model i forgot the name of xd)

It will handle gaming pretty well, I don't need that much either xD

You should’ve went for a 570 instead of a 1050 ti

To build a PC you need to understand what you would like to use it for and much your willling to spend. Super simple, just look up youtube videos or if you don't want to create a PC use NZXT BLD
Thank you for the response. I have extensive knowledge on computers. I am just interested on what others have.
