Computer Help Please!

Alright, completely out of the blue this week my computer just starting acting up only on Minecraft. All other games are fine it seems, the ones I have played at least. So, in game it says I have like 200-400 frames, but it will literally feel like I am getting 20 ish. I have activated v-sync and all that. What could be causing this? My CPU not keeping up with my graphics card? Id appreciate any help

also, can you check the taskmanager or whatever your OS has and post a screen?

^ Do see what tasks are running when Minecraft is open, and what is taking up the most % in each section.

Everywhere, multiplayer as well. I've looked through my taskmanager a ton. Even with everything closed except Minecraft I still get the same performance.

No not at all, 40% max. Right now, my McAfee is taking up like 60% of my CPU. No clue why.

I already deleted my whole .minecraft before. Also, it wont let me rename my current one.

It is closed, but still says its open somewhere else. Hmm.
