Computer problem

just got my computer fixed like a month ago and now i have another problem with my pc

so i was gonna print something and i turned on my pc. first thing that happens is some kind of update, when it finished everything was normal until the loading screen was done. My monitor goes blank and only cursor still shows up. I tried to shut down using my cpu and it shows the shuting down loading screen. I rlly need to print something important but my pc is acting all weird.

idk if this is related, but the last time i used my pc, i shut it down like I always do but since it took long I decided to just off it using the transformer (power supply unit). before my pc got fixed I would always off it with the transformer idk if thats related to the problem.

Are you able to revert back to the previous version? Can you scan for corrupt files?, Have you check if drivers are up to date?. Just PM me.

Your PC was taking longer to shut down because probably it was installing an update, and you shutting it down probably corrupted some windows files best thing to do is reinstall windows and not try to force power off your PC I think it knows what it's doing!

thanks for all the replies, i left my pc on for a few mins and it works fine rn. it was probably because of the update + shutting it down with the transformer :/
